Tompy is a DJ based in Wellington, New Zealand playing drum and bass through to house, techno and psytrance.

Country born and raised Tompy (Nick Thompson) moved to Wellington and entered the dance scene in the early 2000's finding a passion in hard house music. With a group of friends in the scene at the time he learnt to mix on vinyl with that great four by four hard house kick.
After a bit of a break from the scene, but always loving the electronic sound and with the advancement of technology he started doing a bit of music production and mixing more styles of electronic music including club, house, electro, psytrance and drum and bass.
Tompy held a residency at a local club for a while, playing club house and electro. Since then Tompy has been playing at a number of events around Wellington along with organising a few including KandiLand in 2022.
